Is a catty, passive-aggressive, backstabbing cauldron of evil. This has temporarily given me a massive headache and gotten me in trouble at work, because naturally my supervisors have heard her side of the story but are in no hurry to hear mine.

Yeah, it’ll be fine. We have rivals trying to poach employees, so it’ll work out ok. I’m more irritated that my partner in sarcasm is apparently NOT on my side. I’ve been working behind the scenes to get her more money and college tuition covered, and this is how I’m repaid? Fuck all that shit.

That’s what you get for trying to help people. When it comes to the workplace, I am a bootstraps kind of guy... But many newer people seem to think they’re immediately entitled to things me and others have worked the better part of a decade to achieve.

Oh, that sounds like experiences I’ve had. Sad to say, with time I have withdrawn from being friends with my employees to being the boss who is friendly with them. With all the litigious shit going on these days, it seems safest. It also seems appropriate as I’m getting older.
Sorry you have to deal with this.

Possibly. As far as I can tell, they haul scrap for a living so the whole situation is pretty puzzling but the car has been sitting like that for months now.
